The therapeutic benefits of gardening are well known, including reducing stress levels, increasing positivity and enhancing wellbeing.
This workshop is designed to let you take a break from the everyday while learning how to grow your own flowers for cutting. You’ll experience the calm that comes from having all your senses engaged, literally taking time to smell the flowers, with the option to meet our lovely pet sheep, goats and donkeys.
I’ll show you how to cut and condition a variety of blooms and create a charmingly simple, garden-gathered style jam jar arrangement to take home with you.
If you’re keen to establish your own cutting garden this workshop is a great opportunity to learn tips and techniques to get you started.
The workshop is from 10 till 1pm, in a small group with tea and home-made cake.
